Description
I came to Jewish studies via my work on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. As a non-Jew it has been my privilege to spend the last few years (in my doctoral work) immersed in the history of the Anglo-Jewish community. I consider it tremendously important that more non-Jewish people devote time to the study of Jewish and Zionist history, in particular the study of anti-Semitism. I am especially interested in the history of Zionism and its interactions with anti-Semitism and diaspora Jewish identity.
