Which type of membership type and membership fee is right for me?

Please follow these easy-to-answer questions to determine which membership type and fee is
correct for you:

Are you a Jewish Studies PhD student?

If so, you should be a Student Member of the EAJS. Student Membership is free, and
you therefore do not need to pay a membership fee. Please contact the EAJS
administration if you are not already a Student Member.

Are you a Jewish Studies scholar with a PhD, residing in Europe, or with your main academic affiliation with a European university or research institution?

If so, you should be a Full Member of the EAJS and pay the Full Member membership fee.

Are you a Jewish Studies scholar residing outside of Europe, with your main academic
affiliation with a university or research institution outside of Europe (e.g. Canada, the US,
Israel), and also a member of the AJS?

If so, you should be an Associate AJS Member of the EAJS and pay the Associate AJS Member membership fee.

Are you a Jewish Studies scholar residing outside of Europe, with your main academic affiliation with a university or research institution outside of Europe (e.g. Canada, the US, Israel), and are not a member of the AJS?

If so, you should be an Associate Member of the EAJS and pay the Associate Member membership fee.
