We are delighted to share with you an exciting opportunity from the Institute for the Study of Global Antisemitism and Policy (ISGAP). Applications are now open for the annual ISGAP-Oxford Summer Institute for Curriculum Development in Critical Contemporary Antisemitism Studies. This transformative two-week workshop is scheduled to be held at St. Catherine’s College, University of Oxford, from July 28 to August 9, 2024.
The Summer Institute is dedicated to advancing critical antisemitism studies as a recognized academic discipline. It welcomes academics at all career stages, with a particular emphasis on encouraging participation from professors in full-time positions at colleges or universities. Applications from individuals across various faculties and subjects are highly encouraged. Further details about the program can be found here.

How to Apply to Become a Scholar-in-Residence:

Submit your CV, a letter of intent, two letters of recommendation, and a letter from your home department’s Chair, Dean, or Provost.

Recognizing the unique circumstances related to the challenges faced since October 7th, in lieu of a formal letter from your institution, please compose a letter demonstrating your commitment to incorporating program insights into your existing courses.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, and we encourage early submissions as space is limited. Accepted Scholars-in-Residence will be responsible for tuition fees of $2000 USD, covering the program, including accommodation and half-board (breakfast and lunch).
For exceptional candidates, limited scholarships are available.
