Description
Dr. Lola Ferre is a Full Professor in the Department of Semitic Studies in the University of Granada (Spain). She has devoted her academic career to the study of medieval Judaism in South Europe in the Middle Ages, both in Muslim and Christian environments.
Besides that, she has held different positions in the university management. Since 2008 she is Vice-rector of Pre and Post graduate studies, in charge of the Bologna implementation in the University of Granada’s degrees, and the head of the International School for Postgraduate studies, including master degrees, Lifelong Learning as well as doctoral studies. In 2013, she was elected president of RUEPEP, the Spanish association for the continuing education.
