Description
My field of research includes 8,000 Medieval Hebrew manuscripts fragments found in the “Italian Genizah”, reused as bookbinding during the 16th and the 17th centuries; cataloguing and publishing the most important finding: I catalogued 350 fragments - mainly whole folia or bifolia - recomposing them in their 150 original Talmudic manuscripts; the Hebrew Codicology and Palaeography; Kabbalah, in particular Nachmanides; Rabbinic Biblical Exegesis in particular Yosef Kara, of which I found the lost commentary to Psalms 1-17 and fragments from his unknown Commentary to the Torah; History of Jewish in Sicily, and their 15th century signatures in Judeo-Arabic.
